DANISH + PASTRY

Danishes Fresh (and sometimes even local!) berries and vanilla bean pastry cream, ensconced in our flaky croissant dough. 

Éclair A puff pastry made with pâte à choux, a light pastry dough that contains only butter, water, flour and eggs. Filled with house-made pastry cream and dipped in chocolate ganache.

Cream Puff  A puff pastry made with diplomat cream and dusted with powdered sugar

Monkey Bread Our croissant dough rolled in cinnamon and brown sugar. Come early; they sell out fast!
