Blackberry Einka Sage: Einka flour, fresh sage, and plump blackberries.
Blueberry Maple Oat: Steel cut oats toasted with butter and maple syrup tossed with juicy blueberries
Pear & Ginger: Our scone dough with crystallized ginger and the best dried pears we've ever tasted.
Strawberry & Basil: Fresh cut basil and sweet, ripe strawberries
Stone Fruit: Plums, cherries, currants, and golden raisins soaked to perfection in spiced rum
With the exception of the lemon poppy seed, all our muffins are made with some percentage of whole-wheat or high-extraction flour (high-extraction flour lies somewhere between whole-wheat and white bread flour). All are hearty and not overly sweet.
Lemon Poppy Seed: The addition of extra virgin olive oil makes this a unique lemon poppy seed treat. This is a dairy-free, nut-free muffin.
SPECIAL MUFFINS (available certain days)
Beet Pecan & Chevre: A brilliantly pink muffin that combines the flavors of orange zest and flavorful goat cheese with the earthiness of local beets. Toasted pecans add an extra crunch to this cake-like muffin.
Banana Walnut: 100% high-extraction flour, bananas and roasted walnuts with a touch of cinnamon. Contains eggs and butter but no other dairy.
Blueberry Bran Lightly toasted wheat bran and plenty of blueberries easily make this muffin a breakfast favorite among many.
Millet Pecan: Crunchy millet gives this muffin a distinctly nutty flavor to add to the toasted pecans that perfectly complement the sweetness of golden raisins.
Morning Glory with Pecans A muffin made with equal parts white and whole-wheat flours, grated carrots, pecans, shredded coconut, and raisins.
