Come learn the Fire Island basics of cake decoration! In this class we will take our signature chocolate cake and learn how to finish it like a pro! We will also spend plenty of time practicing piping techniques to make rosettes, shells, roses, beading, and lettering. Finally, you will use all of these skills to adorn your cakes as you like. Participants will leave class with a cake of their own and the knowledge to decorate many more! Come have fun and let your creative side bloom!
