We believe that much of our success is due to our treatment towards one another, each and every vendor, customer, and community member that passes through our doors. When someone walks in our door we want them to feel happy and appreciated.  It is everyone’s responsibility to make eye contact with customers, acknowledge their presence, and verbally engage with them.  It is important to us that our staff go the extra mile, which often means remembering individuals’ names, helping them out to their car, or asking about their family and recent adventures. 

This is a family business and we want it to feel like a comfortable and familial environment where people are safe and loved.

INCENTIVE PROGRAM

(making this up as I go) We have a peer based incentive program where peers can nominate eachother for outstanding leadership. Each month the nominated individuals will be highlighted and 1 will be selected as an employee of the month and a cash bonus or paid day off. Make your nominations here:
